Over the past 24 hours, ETH-related news has centered mainly on the Binance hack case. The FBI confirmed that North Korea was responsible for the theft of more than $6 billion in assets; the attacker has already sold off more than 130 tokens, exchanging them for roughly $279 million in ETH and USDC, and accidentally lost about $5 million during the operation; Binance resumed withdrawals in phases from 14:00–17:00, saying the affected assets have been 95% replenished, and both CEOs pledged to cover all losses with the company's own funds. A Thorchain glitch temporarily blocked the hacker's fund path. On the market side, the probability on Polymarket of "ETH touching $2,300 in the remainder of November" rose to 92%, up 44% within 24 hours; another analysis linked the ETH price outlook to signals that Iran will reopen the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours.
